Zid App Market policy

خطوات الإسترجاع:
- يشترط أن يكون التاجر مستحقاً للاسترجاع وفق سياسة الاسترجاع في سوق التطبيقات أو الاتفاقية الموقعة مسبقاً لدى الشريك.
- يرفع التاجر طلب الاسترجاع عن طريق التواصل مع فريق خدمة العملاء في القنوات المخصصة.
- في حال استحقاق التاجر للاسترجاع، فإن الاسترجاع سيكون خلال يومي 7 و 27 من كل شهر أيهما أقرب.

الاشتراكات السنوية :
فترة السماح برفع طلب الاسترجاع 5 أيام من تاريخ الاشتراك في حالة عدم وجود عروض سنوية. وفي حالة وجود عرض سنوي, تكون الفترة ٢٤ ساعه من توقيت الاسترجاع. حيث يحق للتاجر الاسترجاع خلال فترات السماح المذكورة.

Steps of the Product Returns Process :
- The merchant must be eligible for a refund according to the App Market's refund policy or the previously signed agreement with the partner.
- Merchant applies the refund request by contacting the customer service team in the designated channels.
- If the Merchant is entitled to return, the refund will be within the 7th and 27th days of every month, whichever is sooner.
Annual subscriptions:

The allowed period for requesting a refund is 5 days from the subscription date in case there are no annual offers. However, if there is an annual offer, the refund period is 24 hours from the time of the refund request. The merchant is entitled to make a refund during the mentioned allowed periods.
Monthly subscriptions:

The grace period for raising the refund request is 3 days from the date of subscription, as the merchant has the right to return during the mentioned grace periods.

One Time Fees:

Any additional fees included in app packages are considered as the initial cost for accessing a provided service, and are therefore non-refundable according to the policy.
